How We Use AI

The report narrative is generated by Claude, Anthropic's AI. Jobby sends only what the model needs to write the report — checklist results, the service type, and the technician's notes. It does not send customer names, addresses, contact details, photos, signatures, or payment information. Under Anthropic's API terms, that data is not used to train models.
