Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Jobby ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Jobby is operated by RLHF Labs LLC from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

2. Description of Service

Jobby is a mobile application for field service professionals that provides structured inspection checklists, AI-generated report narratives, digital signature capture, and PDF report generation and delivery. The App is available on iOS.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Admin users are responsible for all technician accounts created under their organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Credits, Purchases, and Refund Policy

Jobby operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate completed inspection reports. One (1) credit equals one (1) completed inspection report, including AI narrative generation, PDF creation, and email delivery.

Credit Expiration

Credits purchased through one-time credit packs do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely, provided your account remains in good standing and active. Credit packs are available as a Starter Pack ($4.99 for 25 credits), a Pro Pack ($9.99 for 60 credits), and a Business Pack ($19.99 for 150 credits), each a one-time purchase.

Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law and the policies of the payment platform used for the purchase. Credits that have been consumed (used to generate reports) cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you experience a technical failure that prevents report generation and results in credit consumption without a usable report, contact support@appjobby.com within 7 days. Jobby will review and may issue credit restoration at its sole discretion. Purchases made through the web dashboard are processed through Stripe and are subject to applicable Stripe/payment-card network processes.

5. Monthly Subscription

Jobby offers a monthly subscription through the web dashboard, processed through Stripe. The subscription is billed at $19.99 per month for the account owner, plus $9.99 per month for each additional technician and $10 per month for each additional location (the first location is free). A 14-day free trial is available. Subscription pricing, duration, included access, and billing platform are shown before purchase.

Cancellation

Web dashboard subscriptions may be managed through the web dashboard or by contacting support@appjobby.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the applicable billing platform states otherwise. You will retain access to subscription features and any remaining monthly credits until the end of the paid period. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the following month and are forfeited upon cancellation or non-renewal.

Price Changes

Jobby may modify subscription pricing. Price changes for web dashboard subscriptions are handled through web billing notices or other legally required notice and consent processes.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Jobby uses artificial intelligence to generate inspection report narratives. These narratives are generated based on the checklist inputs provided by the technician and are intended as professional documentation aids only.

AI-generated report narratives do not constitute professional engineering assessments, safety certifications, code compliance determinations, or legal opinions. The technician and their employer remain solely responsible for the accuracy of inspection findings, the completeness of the checklist inputs, and any recommendations made to customers.

Jobby recommends that all AI-generated narratives be reviewed by the technician before delivery to the customer.

7. AI-Powered Features

Jobby's AI report generation feature uses the Claude API provided by Anthropic PBC. By using this feature, you acknowledge that inspection result data (not customer personal information) is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. You agree to use this feature in compliance with applicable laws and not to submit any sensitive personal data, health information, or information subject to special regulatory protection through the AI report generation feature.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated inspection data
• Use the App to generate fraudulent reports or documentation
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers

9. Intellectual Property

Jobby and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RLHF Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all inspection data, photos, and reports you create using the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

Jobby's total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Jobby in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@appjobby.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the process outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Jobby after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
